whenever a Yongster Concentrate on central government post then they have mainly two options - Union public service commission (UPSC) & Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Civil Service Examination (CSE) is most Popular examination which is conducted by Union Public service commission (UPSC). After qualifying in this examination. A candidate is appointed in Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS) etc. Above Services are divided into all Indian services and Central Services. Similarly Central Services can be divided into group A and Group B Services.

 

After the appointment of Candidates in Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian police Service (IPS), they are alloted state Cadre.

Indian Administrative Services (IAS), candidates are given state cadre by ministry personnal, Public grievances and Pensions, Similarly Indian police Services (IPS) Candidates are given state cadre by ministry of home affairs .

 

  All group B and group C employees of all ministeries / Department of government of India and also in their Subordinate offices, are appointed by staff selection commission (SSC). This commission is attached office of Department of personnal and trainning. Candidates who Qualify in this examination, they are appointed in Excise & Custom department, Income tax department, postal department etc; as a Inspectors.

 

  Similarly under state civil services- Gujarat public services Commission (GPSC), Bihar public service Commission (BPSC), Uttar Pradesh Public service Commission (UPPSC) etc, came. A Candidate who qualify in the examination conducted by these commission are appointed as Deputy Suprintendent (Dy SP.), Deputy Collector (Dy. Collector) etc..
